2 Scoops of Whey Protein ( I personally use ON 100% WheyGold Standard )

1 Cup of Oatmeal (Quaker 1-minute dry oatmeal works the best)

4 tablespoons of Peanut Butter

- 12.6g of Carbs
- 32g of Fats
14oz of 2% (Blue cap) Milk
- 219 Calories

As you can see this protein shake is no joke, it is a protein heavy shake designed to increase muscle growth and speed up recovery. If you are a hard gainer and having trouble putting on muscle and eating tons of food, drink one of these a day and not only will you have the energy to workout more intensely but you will in turn grow a bigger appetite.

Step 1: Blend the milk, oatmeal and peanut putter together first for about 30 seconds
Step 2: Add in the 2 scoops of protein through the top of your blender as its mixing
Step 3: Blend all of it for another 30 seconds
Step 4: Pour in a cup and enjoy, or if you are in beast mode just chug it straight out of the blender!
Optional: Put some honey in it, for some natural sugars
