Quest Bars are a fantastic way of getting a little extra protein into your diet without having to carry around Tupperware full of plain chicken breasts wherever you go.
These bars are also far more compact and lightweight than a shaker full of protein powder, enabling you to carry several meals’ worth of protein within a single fistful of bars if you want to.
One of the main selling points of Quest Bars is that they contain very little in the way of potentially harmful additives, so you’ll find no aspartame, Sucralose, Acesulfame K, or other artificial sweeteners of any kind.
Quest bars are sweetened with either the sugar alcohol Erythritol, or the natural sweeteners Stevia and Lo Han Guo.

Quest Nutrition Quest Bars Review
There is no denying that Quest Nutrition Quest Bars are one of, if not the best protein bars on the market at the moment.
The selection of ingredients definitely shows that the manufacturer has their thumb on the pulse of what bodybuilders, athletes, and health-minded folks are looking for in this kind of product, and I love the way you can purchase the stevia-sweetened variation as a separate option if you so choose.
One great thing about Quest Bars that I haven’t mentioned yet is that they contain Isomalto-Oligosaccharides, which are a kind of prebiotic fiber.
The good thing about this is that rather than giving you a hit of calories and leaving you feeling hungry 30 minutes later, Quest Bars are packed with enough fiber to leave you feeling fuller than many comparable brands.
You’ll never feel the same degree of satiety from a protein bar as you would from a complete meal but of course it certainly helps to have some added fiber thrown into the mix, if only just to help with digestion.
We’re really spoilt for choice when it comes to flavors, and you’re definitely going to have to try each flavor at least once if you decide to use Quest Bars on a regular basis!
Chocolate Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough are definitely my favorites, but Banana Nut Muffin ranks pretty highly as well; I would recommend buying a couple of differnet flavors so that you can swap and change depending on what you feel like having.
The texture of these bars is fantastic, and it seems as if the fiber content makes for a more substantial ‘bite,’ rather than simply dissolving away like a sugary “health bar.”
Are it Worth the Money?
Quest Bars, or any protein bar for that matter, are typically going to work out far more expensive than if you were to buy a simple protein powder, but if you’re looking for convenience and quality rolled into one then I’d say they’re well worth every penny.
If you work all day long or live an otherwise busy lifestyle then Quest Nutrition Quest Bars could be exactly the tasty bar-shaped dose of convenience you need.
Each bar has around 20g of protein so the bigger guys amongst you will probably want to use two as a serving, and obviously this double the cost on a per-serving basis. Even so, the great taste and ease of them still makes it a tempting prospect.
The protein content is of a high level of quality, as are the other ingredients, so Quest Bars definitely receive two thumbs up and a strong recommendation from me.
