What Does Beast Sports Nutrition Creature Do?
This product has been developed to help you recover more rapidly between workouts so that you can get back in the gym sooner while still being at your very best.
Creature has definitely received a lot of positive feedback from both male and female users, but before we jump to any conclusions let’s take a closer look at exactly what is in it, as well as whether or not it actually provides decent overall value for money.
What’s in Beast Sports Nutrition Creature?
As we mentioned, Creature contains a blend of five different creatines, known as Creature Advanced Creatine Matrix.
This “matrix” contains the following ingredients:
- Creapure Brand Creatine Monohydrate
- Creatine MagnaPower (Creatine Magnesium Chelate)
- Creatine Alpha- Ketoglutarate 2:1, Creatine Anhydrous
- Cinnulin PF (Cinnamomum burmannii Bark Extract)
- Type‐A Polymers, AstraGin (Panax notoginseng and Astragalus membranaceus Root Extracts)
AstraGin and Cinnulin are included to enhance the uptake of the proprietary blend into the muscle cells, ensuring maximum effectiveness.
Note that Creature does not contain caffeine or any other stimulants, so it should be ideal for use alongside a non-creatine pre-workout supplement.
How and When Do I Take It?
Due to the non-stimulatory nature of the product, there seems to be no need for an initial test phase to assess your tolerance, so you can jump straight into using the full dose as below.
Take one scoop with 6 – 8oz of water around 30 minutes before your workout, followed by another scoop 30 minutes post-workout.
On your non-training days, take one scoop with 6 – 8oz of water with breakfast, followed by a second scoop later in the evening.
As this is a creatine product you are advised to take it with extra water to prevent gastrointestinal distress and to ensure your body is able to effectively shuttle the ingredients to your muscle cells.
What are the Benefits?
Providing you take Creature with an adequate amount of water and are consuming a suitable amount of carbohydrates for your training goals and current body mass, you can expect some of the following benefits:

- More Rapid Recovery between your workouts

Although this product does not contain any vasodialating or pump-enhancing ingredients, you may find that your muscles are more able to retain a greater amount of fluid during your workouts and generally throughout the day.
If you take Creature consistently then you should notice better overall pumps and an increased residual ‘pumped’ feeling even several hours post-workout or the following day.
This is, of course, providing you are adequately fed and hydrated.
Are there Any Precautions?
As with any new supplement you are adding to your repertoire, you are advised to speak to your doctor or physician prior to using Creature.
This is especially applicable if you suffer from any prior or underlying medical conditions, or if you are taking any forms of medication.
This product is generally not recommended for use by people under the age of 18; however, younger users will definitely want to consult a physician prior to use.

There is no denying that a lot of thought has gone into the formulation and development of Creature, and while proprietary blends can often be used to mask unfavorably low levels of vital ingredients, Beast Sports Nutrition definitely seem to have done a great job here.
What’s more, there have been very few reports of users experiencing bloating or other forms of gastrointestinal discomfort that can sometimes come from creatine use.
This likely has to do with the amount of water that Creature is being consumed with; taking creatine on an empty stomach first thing in the morning can also have deleterious effects but the overall consensus seems to be very positive.
Is it Worth the Money?
Although creatine is one of the most fundamental and scientifically proven bodybuilding supplements on the market, Creature might not be ideal for those of you who are operating under a particularly tight budget.
Although the quality of this supplement definitely seems to be on par with many of the top contenders in the industry, the more budget-minded folks amongst you may be wise to instead opt for a more basic creatine monohydrate product.
This will allow you to spend a little extra money of ensuring your actual diet is as high in quality as possible before making compromises in the name of buying designer creatine blends.
Personally, I’ve always preferred to stick with basic run-of-the-mill creatine monohydrate products, particularly those from Dymatize and Optimum Nutrition, but Creature provides a little extra bang for your supplement buck so it’s definitely well worth considering.
If you’re relatively new to bodybuilding with only a couple of years of experience then you’re almost certainly going to be better off going for a cheaper creatine product so that you can focus on using a quality protein and ensuring your overall nutrition is where it should be.
Those of you who are a little more experienced with consistently optimal dietary habits and an intense training regimen could definitely stand to benefit from branching out from basic creatine monohydrate.
Is Beast Sports Nutrition Creature worth using?
Absolutely, but be realistic about the current status of your training, nutrition, and lifestyle in general so that you can be confident that you are making a sound investment into your continued progress inside and outside of the gym.
